Weather conditions may affect our ability to safely complete your appointment.

Light weather conditions may not affect your appointment. However, severe weather such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, snow, ice, high winds, or other hazardous conditions may require your appointment to be delayed or rescheduled.

Our goal is never to rush a service or compromise the quality of our work.

Safety First

We may postpone or discontinue a service when working conditions become unsafe.

For the safety of our customers, vehicles, and team members, we may postpone or discontinue a service if working conditions become unsafe.

Examples include:

  • Lightning or severe thunderstorms
  • Flooding or standing water
  • High winds
  • Unsafe work areas
  • Hazardous surroundings
  • Any condition that could put people or property at risk

Temperature & Service Quality

Environmental conditions can affect the performance and quality of certain detailing services.

Some detailing services, including ceramic coatings, paint protection products, adhesives, and window tint installations, perform best within specific temperature and environmental conditions.

If weather conditions could affect the quality or durability of these services, we may recommend rescheduling your appointment to ensure the best possible results.

Rescheduling

When weather or unsafe conditions affect your appointment, we will work with you to find a new service date.

If weather or unsafe conditions prevent us from completing your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment at the earliest available date.

If a booking deposit was required, it will be applied to your rescheduled appointment and will not be forfeited due to weather or unsafe working conditions.
