Appointment Policy

We reserve appointment times exclusively for each customer to ensure every vehicle receives the attention it deserves.

To help us provide the best possible service, please review the following appointment guidelines.

Certain services require a booking deposit to reserve your appointment.

If a deposit is required, you will be notified during the booking process.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may have the booking deposit applied to a future appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may result in all or part of the booking deposit being retained to help cover the reserved appointment time.

If you expect to be late or unavailable at your scheduled appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on our schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

If we arrive for your scheduled appointment and are unable to begin the service because the customer is unavailable, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Booking deposits may be retained according to this policy.

We understand that plans can change.

Whenever possible, we are happy to help you reschedule your appointment with advance notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
